Different ways to use your notebooks

I absolutely LOVE collecting notebooks. Here are a few different ways you can use your notebooks! I used to just fill it with to do lists and doodles but over the years I’ve been working on organising all the thoughts I have.

Life Lessons and thoughts

This is one of my favourite notebooks. I like to fill it with things that I’ve learnt whether its from books, documentaries or a discussion I’ve had. I usually blend my own thoughts or reflections into it somehow or just write things that have sprouted from these teachings

Daily life Journal

So you might recognise this, it’s my daily journal. I used this as an overall journal to track my emotions, thoughts and vent which then help me learn how to process it too. It helps me gain a deeper understanding of what I’m going through and reflect from a different view

Journey journal

The next one is my journey journal, this is to keep track and delve into my spiritual journey, where I’m working on my inner energies. I log specific emotions or experiences and keeping track of them for reflection time and a deeper understanding of myself and this universe.

Manifestation journal

I use this every morning when I need that extra little push to realise my goals and create my intention for the day. I remind myself of my motivators and the reasons I do what I do. It’s a great way to remind me of what I put out there is what I receive, I don’t allow things that I don’t want in my life and writing it down solidifies those thoughts and emotions.

Gratitude journal

I try to think of 100 things I’m grateful for each day, and it doesn’t stop there. This trains my mind to focus on all the things I’ve written in the morning, throughout the day. So I try to focus on gratitude during every moment. Especially the “negative” moments.

Daily planner

This is just my rough outline of the day and what exact things I want to work on. Usually, I add a todo list or random things that happen throughout the day and fold over the page until its a new day.

Side Hustle

Another way you can use your notebooks is to plan a little side hustle. I love planning little side projects that I would like to start. So any ideas I have for things I could potentially begin one day.

So I am trying to transition to taking digital notes, but nothing beats a pen and paper. Also, I can’t really risk these things getting lost. So I use iPad for my self-care planner on here so I don’t have to keep printing it.
